What you can expect from a booking,
And what you can do for a smooth experience

What I guarantee

What you provide

For every stay:

  • The house will be left as it is found

  • Pets will always be in my company, except for when I have to leave for short trips (such as to get shopping)

  • Keys will be left at the house on departure (usually through a post slot)

For a long stay:

  • Sitter is able to bring my own bed

  • Sitter provides their own food

For every stay:

  • Pet food should be available

  • House should be livable

  • Payment should be provided before sitting starts

  • Sitter should be made aware of any security features of the house (code alarm, cameras)

For an overnight stay:

  • I will need basics for my stay - this includes things like a fridge and shower. I will be living there!

Additional Notes

  • A full refund cannot be guaranteed if booking is cancelled within short notice

  • Unfortunately, while I try to accomodate everyone, some bookings will not be possible due to previous commitments or travel considerations

Payment

Payment can be made by either cash or bank transfer. Bank details will be provided.

Payment is expected before I sit.
